Kundalini is a powerful energetic yogic practice that, through numerous exercises, activates our primary energy throughout the spine and Chakras.

I mainly practice the Himalayan tradition

Sound relaxation

Letting go with the vibrations

Sound is universal and influences everyone.

The goal is to relax and unwind completely with instruments that harmonize our different energies.
